Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is ideal for unwinding. Also known as "classic massage", it is commonly used in spas and retreats.
This relaxation-focused approach uses light to moderate pressure with techniques like kneading, tapping, and rolling focused on upper muscle layers. Benefits include improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, better flexibility, and relieved muscle tension.
Swedish massage is recommended for first-time massage clients.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a targeted approach using direct pressure to improve problem areas like sports injuries or stiffness.
This technique uses sustained pressure on inner muscle layers and connective tissue for pain management and chronic issue improvement. It often incorporates stretching and muscle release techniques.
A minimum 90-minute session is recommended for full benefits.

What Clients Say
I have been working with Nick for several years now. His ability to listen to and accurately meet my needs and expectations has been incredible. I have some long-term chronic injuries that have needed frequent treatment as I work to change my behaviors to alleviate these injury's. Nick's ability to meet me where I am, and help me to be able to take those next steps has been invaluable.
Nick gives an amazing massage! He will ask if you are having any problems and will actually address them instead of neglecting them. He does deep massage if needed, but you are in control of the pressure. He follows strict sanitizing practices and wears a mask at all times, as well. A massage with Nick is a gift to your sore, aching body!
Feeling relaxed and replenished after my 90 minute deep tissue massage. Nick was able to work the "kinks" out of my shoulders without any pain and I will definitely be back!
I've been a client of Nick's for over a year. I have neck and shoulder issues, and get regular massages from him. He's an exceptional massage therapist with a genuine interest in addressing the root cause of my pain. I feel far better after each massage, and he offers suggestions for stretches I can do at home between appointments. He clearly cares about his clients' health and that's rare to find. Plus, he has a great, easy-going presence, and the office/room itself is beautiful and calming. I can't image ever going to anyone else.
I have been receiving massage for many years due to chronic shoulder pain. Not many massage therapist will listen to what 'I know I need', but insist on what 'they think I need'. I know my body, and what works for me to get optimal relief and results. Massage isn't cheap, so I truly appreciate Nick's ability to respect and follow through with my requests, as well as suggestions for specific bodywork and stretches to keep me at my best possible self. I highly recommend Nick
I am so happy to have found Nick! He's always pleasant to talk with and listens to exactly what I want in a massage. He's helped me with hip and knee pains in addition to simply a pleasant massage. And what I really love is that he always gives me exercises to do, which have helped with post-surgery recovery. The table and headrest are very comfortable, and the lotions smell nice. I now see Nick regularly, and always look forward to feeling better after a sure-to-be-wonderful massage!
